Happy Customers

Please have a look at one of our customers:

Account and Password

The initial account for the Bot-Hosting service will be created when you pay the hosting vendor the minimum of 1 L$, you will find the vendor here:

http://slurl.com/secondlife/San/198/140/58
secondlife://San/198/140/58

You will find the Bot-Hosting vendor inside the shop in the center of the wall.

When created, your account is accessible via this URL and the password which you have received from the vendor:

http://hosting.pikkubot.de/

Managing your bots

In the main menu you will find “Manage your bots” where you can view/create and delete your bots.

When you create a bot-account please be sure that you use the right account-data and password. Note that special chars like ' ” & are not working with the bot-software.

Getting your bot online

The bot will get online under the following premises:

  • The account-data is correct
  • The bot is set to “active”
  • You have L$ in your account
  • There are still free slots on the server

Please wait about 60 seconds till your bot is online, because the starter-script is running every 60 seconds.

Is it working?

If the bot appears “green” in the bot-list, its online and working. If you clean the slot or set the bot to “inactive” the bot will be logged out of SL in about 30 seconds.

If the bot isnt logged out after about 60 seconds please use the “kill” link to force bot-logout.

You can use the “inactive” state for log-out the bot and log-in with the SL-Viewer to maintain your bots. After service you can set the bot to “active” again to get it working.

You can see the current bot-status in the status-column, try button “Reload” to reload the page and update the bot-status.

Controlling your bots

When the bots are logged in you are the master of them and control them via IM. Try “help” for a list of available commands.

Pricing & Duration of service

One important information ist how long your bots are staying online:

See this example:
Hey [Bot-Master], you have 10 bots in use.
You have 4877.45 L$ in your account
Your bots will logout at: 2009-01-15 13:01 (9755 minutes left)

That means that if the given date/time (2009-01-15 13:01) has been reached, all bots will be logged off!

  • One bot is 504 L$ per week. You only pay for the bots, when they are online!
  • Times when they are offline or log-in/log-out dont count as online-time!

Every 60 seconds will cost you 0.05 L$ per bot, Explanation:
1 bot * 0.05 L$ * 60 minutes * 24 hours * 7 days = 504 L$

If you have 10 bots online:
10 bot * 0.05 L$ * 60 minutes * 24 hours * 7 days = 5040 L$

You will see the amount of money in your account in Real-Time!

Repleneshing your account

Filling your account with L$ is easy, visit this SLURL and pay the Bot-Hosting Vendor right in front of the PikkuBot-Shop:

http://slurl.com/secondlife/San/198/140/58

→ Your account will immediately be filled with the payed amount of L$!
